CAO makes calling owners’ meetings easier with new and improved Condo Smart Form

Introducing the Condominium Authority of Ontario’s newly enhanced Condo Smart Form – one of the ways we are modernizing our services to support condo corporations with collecting and using information needed to conduct important condo business and meet their legal obligations.

This new tool responds to sector feedback that told us how the current condo forms can sometimes be hard to understand and work with. The interactive Condo Smart Form easily guides users through a series of questions and automatically produces a ready-to-use downloadable PDF customized with the corporation’s information.

The CAO is starting by piloting the Owners Requisitioned Meeting template on our website to better understand how condo communities find this Q&A format before launching others. We encourage condo corporations to try it out and use the survey questions at the bottom of the form to tell us what you think!
