Vehicles can be the cause of disputes in condo communities. The presence or operation of vehicles on the condo corporation’s property can be disruptive to others in the condo community, especially if it is particularly noisy or dangerous.

Many boards have requirements in their governing documents that are intended to create harmonious living for residents. Most disputes involving vehicles will relate to a condo’s governing documents, what they say and if they are properly enforced by the board.
