The Condo Registry is a searchable database of condo corporations in Ontario populated with information provided by mandatory annual condo corporation filings. Anyone can use the registry to find important information about a corporation, including:
- The date it was created
- Its service address
- The number of voting units,
- Who is on their board
- A board director’s term start date
- Who provides management services and if they have not been keeping up with their filing duties
CAO updates information in the registry automatically every time a condo corporation files its annual returns. For example, updating a change in the corporation’s legal name. Condo corporations can make specific changes to the registry via notices of change anytime. Read more about this process.
