Director Training

Login or create a personal CAO account and click My Profile, then My Director Training to begin.

Anyone can complete our director training at no cost. New directors must complete it within six months of being elected or appointed, but don’t have to finish it all in one sitting. It takes about seven hours to complete.

This can happen when your CAO account information differs from the information provided by your condo corporation. There are two ways to fix this issue:

1. Request that your condo corporation file a notice of change with the Condo Authority. Login to your CAO account. Your updated email address should match your CAO account information and can be found under My Personal Profile and clicking My Personal Information. Note: information in this section is case sensitive!
2. Message or call us below so we can update your profile.
