Answers to your questions about how to access or create your CAO account.
Popular questions
Go to CAO’s account portal login page and select Create an Account. Choose and enter a username, password and email address. Verify your email address, then register. You will then be asked to complete your personal profile.

Note: Board directors must set up their accounts using the same email address that they provided to their condo corporation.
Click Forgot your Password on the account login page. Enter the username and email address associated with your account. Click send and a six-digit verification code will be sent to the email address provided. Enter the code to verify your email and continue to create a new password.
Your new password must be between 8 and 16 characters and must include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
Message us below to request instructions on how to register a corporation or be added to an existing corporation. Our staff will process your request and your corporation will receive an email invitation with instructions for creating an online CAO account and an invitation code to be redeemed.
Ask your condo corporation’s property manager or board director with CAO full access privileges to add your name and email address to your corporation’s profile by filing a notice of change with the Condo Authority. Make sure to provide your corporation with your existing CAO account information.
